About Us

We are a mother and daughter duo (Jessica and Amber). Being a girl at a important point of my life, a girl mom, and my daughter being a girl in her life, we understand the struggles, heartbreaks, out castings, low self-esteem, try out-failures, struggles of deciding future career, not having enough support or resources, etc. The Lord showed me (Jessica, mom) a dream about starting this 501(c) (3) organization after my former employer gave me undeserving bad reference so that I could not be employed again to destroy my future career goals. So, we would like to help and encourage girls to start considering their future career goals and even entrepreneurship, so that no one could ever take their power away from them because it starts from within them. For me (Amber, Daughter) I learned a lot growing up as a girl and I want to be able to be a mentor for girls who are struggling with things like school, sports, changes in their bodies, feeling insecure and feeling out of place in the world especially not knowing who they want to become I want girls to be able to have the resources and support that I didn't have so they can be great and shine bright!
